Why Please Yourself

Recently I spent a night out with a lot of girlfriends and it became obvious that a lot of women have no idea about pleasing themselves.

Let's face it - as females it was not something that was talked about with our mothers.

Now if you are a mother and you have talked with your daughter about her sexuality then you can congratulate yourself.

However I feel that a lot of women could benefit from having a girlfriend that they can talk with about their experiences and where to get help.
